I cannot praise Sadie and her crew enough about their honesty, trustworthiness, punctuality, and frankly awesomeness of how outstanding she and her company are. My attorney was equally impressed by Sadie’s work ethics and has made it known to her, that if anyone asks for recommendations on Pro Cleaning or Biohazard Crime Scene Cleaners, he will recommend Sadie and her company. I spoke to Sadie on 9/3/2023, explained the situation of the Florida house my son had died in about a week prior to 8/26/2023, and in the process of getting the key from the police department evidence room so cleanup could begin. Sadie said to call when we had the key and they would start that day. I called Sadie when the key was in the possession of the attorney and cleanup began on 9/12/2023. First, were pictures and videos of the house before Sadie started the amazing job of cleaning, and videos and pictures taken daily of the progress of the cleanup. During the cleanup, they found a substantial amount of money. Sadie called immediately to tell me what was found and she videoed the money and then placing it in a Ziploc bag, and wrapping it with some kind of masking tape until you couldn’t even see any signs of the Ziploc bag, then videoed the handing of the money package over to the attorney. Is there any other company that would have been this honest and transparent about what they found? In the house, there was no air conditioning so Sadie and her crew switched their hours to afternoons and into the night to tackle the job. 9/15/2023, job completed. I am truly blessed beyond words that we found Sadie to help us through this difficult time of having to deal with this tragedy. God Bless You Sadie.

Sadie came to our rescue! Our renter called us and said her apartment (of a duplex) had a horrible odor…it continued to worsen. I was given the ok by the owner to find someone who could/would be able to fix our problem. I prayed and went to work. Who was parked in our parking lot but Sadie and her truck!!! She came out of an adjoining office and I kiddingly told her our problem and asked if she could fix it. She said yes! Get this, it was the week before Christmas AND almost 3 months after Hurricane Ian and you could not find help anywhere! Sadie had just had a cancellation and said she could go see the house right then. It is an old house that has had issues but the house stunk horrifically. Sadie inspected the floors and knew what to do. She was there the next day after she went with me to get all the plywood and flooring to pull up the rotted floor, decontaminate, air out with huge fans, and replace with new flooring. She had a crew with her and even called in a specialist to work on the removal and new floor. They worked long hours and over Christmas and I think our renter was out of the house for 5 days. As you can see from the pictures, they did an amazing job and removed all the smell.
