I’m so happy that Sadie’s Pro Cleaning removed all the mold from my attic. the biohazard technicians had to remove all the nasty insulation and rat poop. the technicians did a remarkable job removing the mold and cleaning our attic. I had need of a cleaning service for a crime scene cleanup in Fort Myers, FL. Called Sadie's Pro Cleaning on a Sunday (she was in Connecticut), and was flying back next morning. She came right to the house as soon as she got off the flight, we agreed on price and they started right away. Did an excellent job; communication is top notch as is her and her crew's work. They are also very thorough with documentation and pictures for insurance claims. I'm very pleased with the entire process. Sadie is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Excuse me but I have to tell the world about my fantastic experience with Sadie’s Pro Cleaning. I was calling Sadie from out of state because one of my family members was a hoarder and died in their house in Florida. I was so worried about how this job was going to get done and just everything that comes along with the process of getting biohazard cleanup done. I called Sadie because she had phenomenal reviews. many other people spoke about their positive experiences with Sadie and her biohazard technicians. Sadie took on The challenge of this massive hoarding/unattended, death cleanup. The one thing I loved is that Sadie sent me pictures from the estimate so I had a birds eye view of what was actually going on inside of my sister’s house. Not only did she send me the pictures from the estimate, but she also sent me photos from when they were cleaning and even after photos when they were done with the job. Sadie’s pro cleaning was fully transparent every step of the way. I’m so grateful I found them and went with them. Sadie treated me and my mother like we were family. I cannot praise Sadie and her crew enough about their honesty, trustworthiness, punctuality, and frankly awesomeness of how outstanding she and her company are. My attorney was equally impressed by Sadie’s work ethics and has made it known to her, that if anyone asks for recommendations on Pro Cleaning or Biohazard Crime Scene Cleaners, he will recommend Sadie and her company. I spoke to Sadie on 9/3/2023, explained the situation of the Florida house my son had died in about a week prior to 8/26/2023, and in the process of getting the key from the police department evidence room so cleanup could begin. Sadie said to call when we had the key and they would start that day. I called Sadie when the key was in the possession of the attorney and cleanup began on 9/12/2023. First, were pictures and videos of the house before Sadie started the amazing job of cleaning, and videos and pictures taken daily of the progress of the cleanup. During the cleanup, they found a substantial amount of money. Sadie called immediately to tell me what was found and she videoed the money and then placing it in a Ziploc bag, and wrapping it with some kind of masking tape until you couldn’t even see any signs of the Ziploc bag, then videoed the handing of the money package over to the attorney. Is there any other company that would have been this honest and transparent about what they found? In the house, there was no air conditioning so Sadie and her crew switched their hours to afternoons and into the night to tackle the job. 9/15/2023, job completed. I am truly blessed beyond words that we found Sadie to help us through this difficult time of having to deal with this tragedy. God Bless You Sadie.

I tried to call a few places. Sadie was the only one to answer. She said she would be at my house in 1 1:2 hrs. She got there early. She worked with me on price and promised she would not leave til every spec of blood was cleaned up!! It look almost 14 hrs but she fulfilled her promise. I called Sadie the day after my husband had a horrible accident at home. Kind a look like a murder scene. She was on standby, ready to come out with her crew that day within an hour of when I called. I was so impressed then I found out my insurance company have their own team that they needed to send out so I wasn’t able to use her. But she was amazing, so professional so kind and really knew her stuff. Hopefully I’ll never have to call her again. This company’s customer service is outstanding. I called Sadie at 5 PM in the evening because we had a death in one of our properties and there was blood everywhere. Outstanding company. Their customer service was excellent. Sadie was very responsive to our phone call and she got an estimator out there that same day to look at our situation. Sadie came to our rescue! Our renter called us and said her apartment (of a duplex) had a horrible odor…it continued to worsen. I was given the ok by the owner to find someone who could/would be able to fix our problem. I prayed and went to work. Who was parked in our parking lot but Sadie and her truck!!! She came out of an adjoining office and I kiddingly told her our problem and asked if she could fix it. She said yes! Get this, it was the week before Christmas AND almost 3 months after Hurricane Ian and you could not find help anywhere! Sadie had just had a cancellation and said she could go see the house right then. It is an old house that has had issues but the house stunk horrifically. Sadie inspected the floors and knew what to do. She was there the next day after she went with me to get all the plywood and flooring to pull up the rotted floor, decontaminate, air out with huge fans, and replace with new flooring. She had a crew with her and even called in a specialist to work on the removal and new floor. They worked long hours and over Christmas and I think our renter was out of the house for 5 days. As you can see from the pictures, they did an amazing job and removed all the smell. I HIGHLY recommend Sadie and her team and trust her to follow through on whatever she says needs to be done…with perfection and an amazing attitude. Thanks GOD for sending us Sadie and her team!

I don't know what would have done without them. I'm so glad. I called them. When I called Sadie's Pro Cleaning someone answered the phone right away and within an hour I had an hour I had an estimate at both locations. I needed an emergency service. Sadie had a crew working at both locations the very next day. It took 9nine 20 yard dumpsters to get the job done. Sadie is amazing and i cant thank her enough. Absolutely amazing! I’ve recently come into ownership of a few properties in New Haven,CT. Unfortunately the insides of the homes weren’t reflective of the beautiful local scenery it was absolute chaos there were literally junk trenches throughout the home and we already cleared 4 truck beds worth out and we’d barely dented it. We do have some friends who’d used Sadie’s before so we gave her a call and she wasted no time putting together the game plan, her crew was so kind and a pleasure to have at our homes, plus it was pretty cool to see a biohazard mitigation in person like on tv, I would 100% recommend to any of my friends or colleagues thank you Sadie!

Call Sadie's ProCleaning It Was Hard To Find Contractor To Mediate The Mold In Our Home After Hurricane Ian . Thank God for Sadie and her crew. They came promptly and started the work on the very same day that she gave us her estimate. She worked directly with my insurance company. Her crew only took 4 days to complete full mold it's all mold and water damage remediation from the storm surge pfrom the storm search.
