Talking to other companies I realize that they don’t even specialize in biohazard cleanup. They were just restoration companies that were trying to get biohazard money. When you call Sadie, you're already having a terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad day. My day started with a small sewage explosion that splashed the plumber (YUCK!) and seeped all over my basement. Sadie arrived around 6pm on a Friday night. She took pictures and video, assessed the extent of the muck, and told me she would get back to me soon. By 8:15pm, she'd emailed the estimate, and boom! I was on her schedule. She and her team arrived around 10:30 Saturday morning and spent the next 11 hours sanitizing and organizing my basement (I'm not a hoarder--why would you think that?) By the time she was done, my basement was cleaner than it's ever been (they even removed the cobwebs, warming the cockles of this arachnophobe's heart), and looks way more tidy and organized than I could have done on my own. She explained, and showed me the pictures, of why she'd tossed what she'd tossed. This was not my first hazmat cleaner rodeo, but this was far more extensive than the last and worth every penny. Sadie didn't try to upsell me on cleaning products the way the corporate cleaners did, and she was amazingly responsive the whole time. When you're having a crap day (swidt?), call Sadie!

Sadie’s team is as good as it gets when it comes to deep cleanings. We had received a couple of quotes and Sadie’s proposal was better priced than clean harbors for a bio hazard cleanup. They kept our property manager informed and could not be happier to have chosen them during a stressful scenario. I called her with an emergency eviction notice cleaning, and from the very first phone call she put me at ease and walked me through the process. i'm 18 years old and my car stopped on the side of the road in southwest florida and out of nowhere Sadie and her crew pulled up after just filming their documentary and we randomly asked them to help us. Sadie's employees fixed our tire and then we drove off, but Sadie was still following us and come to find out the spare tire that we put on our car was not safe to drive on. Sadie was not going to let us drive away. She made sure we parked our car at 7:11 and then she drove me and my buddy home over 40 minutes away to Cape Coral. We are very young and we're grateful to have Sadie and her crew to come and save us. It's late at night and it's not a good area and anything could've happened to us. My uncle was murdered, and then the shooter killed himself. I was not very close to my uncle, but I was the one who had to take care of the cleanup. I called Sadie's Pro Cleaning Because they were five star rated, and they specialize in this type of cleanup. I read the reviews for their competitors and I was disgusted. After careful review I chose Sadie and her team because there's nothing but positive things written about them everywhere all over the Internet. They even have their own television show on A&E called dirty rotten cleaners. I was definitely a fan of them so I decided to give them a try. I was so happy with the work that they did. I took a picture of them in front of their truck. If you need any top-of-the-line biohazard cleaning services, then you would be a fool to call anyone else, but Sadie. Terrible Experience - Extremely Disappointing Service had a horrible experience with Sadie Pro Cleaning from start to finish. I reached out for a quote and was immediately met with rudeness. The person I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in answering my questions. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of the services they offer, I was given vague, unhelpful answers that left me frustrated. Not only did they fail to provide clear information, but the quote I received was ridiculously high for the services listed. I felt completely disrespected and undervalued as a potential customer. This was such a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other cleaning services out there that actually care about their clients and provide transparency and respect. Avoid Sadie Pro Cleaning at all costs.

Sadie is currently working on one of my properties in Naples Florida. There was a hoarder that lived there and he passed away. He never cleaned the house for 10 years. The bathtub was disgusting. The entire house was disgusting. I snuck in while Sadie and her crew were working and I took some before and after pictures of just the bathtub alone.
