i'm 18 years old and my car stopped on the side of the road in southwest florida and out of nowhere Sadie and her crew pulled up after just filming their documentary and we randomly asked them to help us. Sadie's employees fixed our tire and then we drove off, but Sadie was still following us and come to find out the spare tire that we put on our car was not safe to drive on. Sadie was not going to let us drive away. She made sure we parked our car at 7:11 and then she drove me and my buddy home over 40 minutes away to Cape Coral. We are very young and we're grateful to have Sadie and her crew to come and save us. It's late at night and it's not a good area and anything could've happened to us. We did not get any services from Sadie, but if anyone is reading this, please know that Sadie and her crew are good people and God bless them for saving us tonight.

Sadie and her crew are amazing . I contacted them about having my double garage cleaned. Her crew is meticulous and perfectionists. They were very thorough and took before, during, and after pictures and video. Sadie is such a great communicator and will give you updates throughout the job! My uncle was murdered, and then the shooter killed himself. I was not very close to my uncle, but I was the one who had to take care of the cleanup. I called Sadie's Pro Cleaning Because they were five star rated, and they specialize in this type of cleanup. I read the reviews for their competitors and I was disgusted. After careful review I chose Sadie and her team because there's nothing but positive things written about them everywhere all over the Internet. They even have their own television show on A&E called dirty rotten cleaners. I was definitely a fan of them so I decided to give them a try. I was so happy with the work that they did. I took a picture of them in front of their truck. If you need any top-of-the-line biohazard cleaning services, then you would be a fool to call anyone else, but Sadie. Terrible Experience - Extremely Disappointing Service had a horrible experience with Sadie Pro Cleaning from start to finish. I reached out for a quote and was immediately met with rudeness. The person I spoke with was unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in answering my questions. When I asked for a detailed breakdown of the services they offer, I was given vague, unhelpful answers that left me frustrated. Not only did they fail to provide clear information, but the quote I received was ridiculously high for the services listed. I felt completely disrespected and undervalued as a potential customer. This was such a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of other cleaning services out there that actually care about their clients and provide transparency and respect. Avoid Sadie Pro Cleaning at all costs.

Sadie is currently working on one of my properties in Naples Florida. There was a hoarder that lived there and he passed away. He never cleaned the house for 10 years. The bathtub was disgusting. The entire house was disgusting. I snuck in while Sadie and her crew were working and I took some before and after pictures of just the bathtub alone. They’re not fully done but just look how amazing the bathtub looks now compared to what it looked like before. I’m so grateful for Sadie and her biohazard technicians. Without them, I never would’ve been able to sell my property. Sadie has worked on other properties of mine and I’ve always been happy with her work. I had need of a cleaning service for a crime scene cleanup in Fort Myers, FL. Called Sadie's Pro Cleaning on a Sunday (she was in Connecticut), and was flying back next morning. She came right to the house as soon as she got off the flight, we agreed on price and they started right away. Did an excellent job; communication is top notch as is her and her crew's work. They are also very thorough with documentation and pictures for insurance claims. I'm very pleased with the entire process. Sadie is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her services to anyone.

I cannot praise Sadie and her crew enough about their honesty, trustworthiness, punctuality, and frankly awesomeness of how outstanding she and her company are. My attorney was equally impressed by Sadie’s work ethics and has made it known to her, that if anyone asks for recommendations on Pro Cleaning or Biohazard Crime Scene Cleaners, he will recommend Sadie and her company. I spoke to Sadie on 9/3/2023, explained the situation of the Florida house my son had died in about a week prior to 8/26/2023, and in the process of getting the key from the police department evidence room so cleanup could begin. Sadie said to call when we had the key and they would start that day. I called Sadie when the key was in the possession of the attorney and cleanup began on 9/12/2023. First, were pictures and videos of the house before Sadie started the amazing job of cleaning, and videos and pictures taken daily of the progress of the cleanup. During the cleanup, they found a substantial amount of money. Sadie called immediately to tell me what was found and she videoed the money and then placing it in a Ziploc bag, and wrapping it with some kind of masking tape until you couldn’t even see any signs of the Ziploc bag, then videoed the handing of the money package over to the attorney. Is there any other company that would have been this honest and transparent about what they found? In the house, there was no air conditioning so Sadie and her crew switched their hours to afternoons and into the night to tackle the job. 9/15/2023, job completed. I am truly blessed beyond words that we found Sadie to help us through this difficult time of having to deal with this tragedy. God Bless You Sadie.

I tried to call a few places. Sadie was the only one to answer. She said she would be at my house in 1 1:2 hrs. She got there early.
